Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and accessories, and secure them inside a shipping box.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
